Thomas F. Skelly, Jr. President
Tom entered the insurance industry after graduating from the University of Maine-Orono in 1982. His experience ranges from the large international brokers to opening his own agency in 1991. He has the following industry designations, Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and is a Licensed Insurance Adviser (LIA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Tom is a licensed insurance broker in over 10 states.
Leslie R. Stacy Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
Les has had 30 years experience as a producer and commercial lines representative in various area agencies. As a fully licensed broker, Les achieved his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Designation (CPCU) in 1984. Prior to joining Skelly Insurance Les was the commercial lines manager and agency Vice President for a medium size agency in Metro West.
Jessica Allocco Manager- Personal Lines
 After graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Jessica began working for Allstate Insurance on Long Island, New York. At Allstate, Jessica was licensed to sell Property and Casualty insurance for the state of New York. In April of 2003 Jessica moved north and joined the Skelly Insurance Agency. She has since transferred her license over to Massachusetts and has also begun taking classes for the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.

Sheny Sarno Personal Lines CSR
After graduating from Suffolk University with a degree in Communication & Journalism, Sheny joined the Skelly Insurance Agency as an Administrative Assistant. She studied for and received her Property and Casualty brokers license. She is currently continuing her education to acquire the CISR designation. Sheny lives in Somerville and spends some of her free time distance-running and volunteering at a cat shelter.

Maria Trinidad Personal Lines CSR
 While earning a degree in Business Administration, Maria worked at Allstate in New York. In the state of New York, she was licensed to sell property and casualty. Maria joined the Skelly team after transferring her license to Massachusetts in January of 2005. She is currently continuing her education to acquire the CISR designation. Maria is also fluent in Spanish.
